At Eakta, we have made substantial investments to stay ahead on the technology treadmill and enhance our service proposition for our clients.  We use high end technological platforms both for our internal processes as well as for client and associate interactions and usage.

 

We have centralised high volume and routine functions so that they can be handled with a higher level of competency, accuracy, and measurability. Our operations team interfaces with clients and associates through a Talisma based CRM tool: A first ever effort by any organisation in this space. This ensures process transparency, adherence to TAT and a measurable control mechanism. Every interaction - email or telephonic - is given a unique transaction ID, which is referenced till the query is resolved and closed. Further all interactions are archived and can be referred to at a future date if required.

Our Web based Dashboard and Client Connect Portal provides clients 24/7 access to all relevant information. Clients can view and print more than 25 various reports on associate headcount, resignee details, joining trend, compliance adherence reports and many more such details. It also helps clients to access all relevant data across various business units and teams in a consolidated and comprehensive manner. The associates also have access to an Associate Login, which enables them to view and print personal details, download pay slips etc.. Further, Eakta also has a dedicated contact centre for both clients and associates. All associate personnel files and all incoming documents are maintained on ‘Docushare’ a patented Xerox platform. Our Accounting is on Sage ACCPAC and our backend HR and payroll administrational activities for the associates are managed through our specialised and proprietary software ALCS. We have an Assessment Engine to administer online assessments as well as Learning Management System for online training.  

Apart from our technology and process driven approach, our strength also lies in our people. Be it in the areas of operations and payroll or recruitments or in legal and compliance or training and assessments, our delivery teams are highly competent and carry extensive collective experience and knowledge pool amongst themselves.
